AGNES SCHULER cemetery #21 Mrs. Agnes Schuler, 82, of St. Nazianz died Wednesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Christianson Funeral Home, St. Nazianz, and at 10:15 a.m. at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz, with the Rev. Denis Cooney officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She was born Aug. 4, 1880, in the Town of Meeme, daughter of the late Peter and Eiphersina Adelman Schram. She was educated in schools at Spring Valley. She was married to Gottfried Schuler Sept. 27, 1898, at Spring Valley. The couple farmed in the township before moving to St. Nazianz. The couple observed its golden wedding anniversary Sept. 27, 1948. Her husband died March 1, 1953. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Society and a member of the Third Order of St. Francis of St. Gregory Church. Among survivors are three sons, Herbert of rural Kiel, Edmund and Arnold of Rt. 1, Valders: five daughters, Mrs. Theodore (Clara) Kautzer of St. Nazianz, Mrs. Alfred (Leona) Bunmeier of Newton, Mrs. Joseph (Florentine) Bachus of Manitowoc and Mrs. Steve (Marcella) Zych of rural Manitowoc; a brother, Nick of Kiel and a twin sister, Mrs. Mary Schuler, of St. Nazianz; 27 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Friends may call after 3 p. m. Friday at the funeral home where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p. m. by the Christian Mother Society and at 8:30 p.m. by the Third Order of St. Francis. ANTON SCHULER cemetery #6 Anton P. Schuler, 73, of Valders, died Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 21, at Holy Family medical Center Manitowoc. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Clark Mills. Msgr. Alfred Schneider and Rev. john Conrad will officiate and burial will bein (sic) the church cemetery. Mr. Schuler was born May 13, 1912, at St. Nazianz, son of the late Joseph and Caroline Hecker Schuler. He attended St. Gregory School, St. Nazianz, and farmed in the Town of Cato. He married Amanda Schneider, Feb. 12, 1934, at Chilton. Mr. Schuler was a past member of Clarks Mills Sportsmens Club and St. Mary Holy Name Society Survivors omitted for privacy. He was preceded in death by a son, a brother and two sisters. CAROLINE SCHULER cemetery #21 Mrs. Caroline Schuler, 91, formerly of Route 1, Kiel died Monday morning at Family Heritage Home at Manitowoc, leaving 220 direct descendents. She was born February 20, 1881, in the Town of Schleswig, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Heinzen Hecker. On June 10, 1902, she was married to Joseph Schuler at St. Nazianz. He died November 4, 1954. Survivors are four sons, Al and Anton of Route 1, Valders, Raymond of Mishicot and Ted of Route 1, Kiel; five daughters, Mrs. Hildegard Salm of Route 1, Cleveland, Mrs. Isadore Meyer of St. Nazianz, Mrs. Ray Woelfel of Chilton, Mrs. Rose Bogenschuetz of Sheboygan and Mrs. Elmer Gries of Route 1, Valders; 57 grandchildren, 153 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Funeral services were held Thursday at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. The Reverend Cyril Dickrell, pastor, celebrant of the funeral Mass. CATHERINE SCHULER (not in Manitowoc cemeteries) Marshfield News Herald - Oct. 31, 1951 Mrs. Schuler, 79, Dies Tuesday Funeral Services to be Held on Friday Mrs. George Schuler, 79, died at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Schuler with whom she had made her home. Death was attributed to a heart attack. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday in St. John's Catholic Church. The Rev. Hugh J. Deeny will officate and burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. The body will repose at the Rembs Funeral Home from this evening to the time of service. The Altar Society and the Missionary will meet at the funeral home at 3 p.m. Thursday to hold a rosary service and that evening at 8 p.m. the general rosary is scheduled. Mrs. Schuler was a member of the Altar Society. Mrs. Schuler, nee Catherine Aigner, was born Feb. 10, 1872 in Frankenberg, Austria, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Aigner. She came to the U.S. with her parents at the age of eight, settling in Kiel. Her marriage to George Schuler took place there in 1888. Before coming to Marshfield in 1916, they lived in Sheboygan for a few years. Mr. Schuler died in 1926. Mrs. Schuler is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Mike (Stella) Berg and Mrs. F. X.(Lydia) Schneider, Marshfield; Mrs. F. F. (Hilda) Fuller, Green Bay; and Mrs. Kurt (Evangeline) Bentz, Milwaukee; a son Ray, Marshfield, 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, a brother Frank Aigner, Marshfield; and a sister, Mrs. Anna Noll, Madison. A son, four brothers and a sister also preceded her in death.


GOTTFRIED SCHULER cemetery #21 Gottfried Schuler, 83, St. Nazianz, died early Sunday morning at his home following a lingering illness. Born in the town of Eaton, he lived there most of his life. He was a farmer. For the past nine years he lived in St. Nazianz. He is survived by his wife, Agnes; five daughters Mrs. Theodore Kautzer, and Mrs. Joseph Backhaus, both of St. Nazianz; Mrs. Alfred Brunmeier, Newton; Mrs. Norbert Schneider, Cleveland; and Mrs. Steve Zych, Manitowoc; three sons, Herbert of Kiel; and Edmund and Arnold, both of Valders; one brother, Joseph of Kiel; three sisters, Mrs. Cecelia Heinzen, Manitowoc, and Mrs. Rose Heinzen, and Mrs. Frank Palacek, both of Marshfield; 25 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. His parents, one brother, and two sisters preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held at St. Gregory’s Church, St. Nazianz at 10 a. m. Wednesday by the Rev. Frederick Dorn. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Kellenbenz Funeral home from tonight until the time of service. HENRY SCHULER cemetery #21 Henry Schuler Laid To Rest Saturday Morning Henry Schuler, 73, well known and well liked member of the St. Nazianz community, passed away at two o’clock Wednesday morning, February 22nd, at his home in St. Nazianz. He died of a heart attack but had been in failing health. Funeral services were held Saturday morning at ten o’clock at St. Gregory’s Church with Rev. Frederick Dorn officiating. Burial was in the adjorning church cemetery. Mr. Schuler was born July 5, 1877, in the town of Eaton. He was married June 11, 1907, to Miss Mary Schram. He was a farmer and when he retired eleven years ago the couple moved to the village of St. Nazianz. Survivors are his wife; one son, William on the home farm near St. Nazianz; two brothers, Joseph and Gottfried Schuler of St. Nazianz; three sisters, Mrs. Cecelia Heinzen of Manitowoc, Mrs. Rose Heinzen of Marshfield, Mrs. Frank Palecek of Marshfield. Two sisters preceded him in death, Mrs. John Stiefvater and Mrs. William Binversie. Pallbears were Anselm Platten, James Wagner, Adolph Kautzer, George Loessl, Anton Nenahlo Jr. Relatives and friends from Marshfield, Medford, Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, Manitowoc, Two Rivers, Kiel, New Holstein, Chilton, Plymouth, Valders, St. Wendel, Newton, Edwards and Silver Lake attended the funeral. HERBERT A. SCHULER cemetery #83 Herbert A. Schuler, 94, of 1110 Cleveland St., Kiel, died Friday morning, Sept. 7, 2001 at the Willowdale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, New Holstein, where he resided since February of 2001. He was born August 3, 1907, in St. Nazianz, son of the late Gottfried and Agnes Schram Schuler. He attended St. Gregory’s Catholic School in St. Nazianz. On May 18, 1937, he married Marcella Lavey in Elkhart Lake. She preceded him in death on Oct. 30, 1977. In March 1980, he married Irene Lisowe in Chilton. She preceded him in death on Dec. 27, 1995. Herbert farmed most of his life in the Town of Schleswig before moving to Kiel with his wife, Irene, in 1980. He was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel and the Kiel Senior Citizens. Herbert enjoyed playing cards and assembling puzzles. Survivors include one daughter, (private); one (private); three step-daughters, (private); nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He is further survived by two sisters, “Petie” Schneider and Sally Zych, both of Manitowoc and two sisters-in-law, Marion Schuler, Chilton and Rita (Norman) Brost, St. Nazianz. He was preceded in death by one son, Bernard Schuler, two brothers, Edward and Arno and three sisters, Clara Kautzer, Leona Brunmeier, and Florentine Backhaus. Funeral services will be held at Ss. ALBERT SCHULTZ cemetery #76 Albert Schultz, 89, of Reedsville, died Tuesday evening at Family Heritage Nursing Home, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John and St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Reedsville. The Rev. Harlyn Kuschel will officiate and burial will be in Westside Church Cemetery. Mr. Schultz was born June 11, 1883, in the Town of Rockland, son of the late Henry and Augusta Schwlbe Schultz. He married Anna Churow March 16, 1909. He was a well known cheesemaker for 50 years before retirement. He was a trustee on the Reedsville Village Board and Reedsville School Board. He was a member of St. John and St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church. The couple celebrated its 60th wedding anniversary in 1969. (Survivors omitted for privacy.) ALBERT O. SCHULTZ cemetery #82 A. O. Schultz Passes Away at Home of Son Sunday Albert O. Schultz, aged 76, passed away at the home of his son Herbert in Louis Corners, Monday at 9:30 p.m., following an illness of several months' duration. The deceased was born May 31, 1860, in the town of Wilson, and at the age of six years, with his parents, moved onto a farm in the town of Herman. He was the son of the late Carl and Caroline Schultz. On October 16, 1885 he was united in marriage with Albertina Wried, of the town of Schleswig, and the couple located on a farm one mile east of Plymouth, where they resided for seven years. Later they moved on to the Schultz homestead near Howards Grove, where they resided for ten years. For eight years they resided in this city on Fourth street, where Mrs. Schultz passed away on May 29, 1930. For the past six years the deceased has been residing with his son Herbert at Louis Corners. Five children were born of this union, one son having passed away at the age of 11 months. Following are the survivors: Three daughters, Mrs. Henry (Louise) Ruh of this city, Mrs. Edwin (Martha) Ruh of Rockville, Mrs. E. P. (Adeline) Riess of Sheboygan and one son, Herbert, on the homestead farm in Louis Corners. Six grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held (today) Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, and at 2 o'clock services will be held at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran church here, and burial will take place in the local cemetery. The Rev. H. O. Grunwald will officiate.


ALBERTINE SCHULTZ cemetery #82 Mrs. Albert Schultz Following a surgical operation, Mrs. Albert Schultz, 66, died at the Plymouth hospital Thursday morning of last week. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 from the home and at 2 o'clock at the Trinity Lutheran church, the Rev. Harold O. Grunwald performing the last rites. Burial was made in the Kiel cemetery. The deceased, nee Albertina(sic) Wriedt, was born January 29, 1864, on a farm in the town of Schleswig. She was married Nov. 16, 1885, in the town of Plymouth, the couple residing five years on a farm near Plymouth. They then moved to the Town of Herman, where they lived ten years, and next came to the farm on which their son Herbert now lives, remaining there twenty-one years. The family moved to Kiel nine years ago, where they have since made their home. Besides her husband, she is survived by four children: Mrs. Henry Ruh of Kiel, Mrs. Edwin Ruh of Rockville, Mrs. E. P. Riess of Sheboygan, and Herbert Schultz of Louis Corners; three brothers, Henry and Carl Wriedt of this city and Frank Wriedt of town Rhine; and four sisters, Mrs. Dora Dedering and Mrs. Helen Gierke of Plymouth, Mrs. Bertha Bechle of town Eaton, and Mrs. Anna Bechle of Kiel. - June 5, 1930


ALFRED E. SCHULTZ cemetery #33 Alfred E. Schultz, 52, of Rt. 3, Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, the Rev. Edward Stelter officiating. Burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth. Mr. Schultz was born Dec. 13, 1921, at Maple Grove, son of the late Albert and Clara Piper Schultz. He attended Two Rivers Public School and married Lorraine Vanne in 1948 at Manitowoc. ALFRIEDA SCHULTZ cemetery #44 DEATH OF CATO GIRL IS SAD SHOCK Miss Schultz Dies at Hospital...Was out a Week Ago Miss Akfreda (sic) Schultz, daughter of Herman Schultz of Cato, and sister of Mrs. Esta Herzog of this city, died at the hospital in this city last evening, following an operation which she underwent Friday. Though in ill health Miss Schultz had not been confined to her bed until removed to the hospital and news of her death is a shock to friends. Decedent was 21 years of age and well known in the city. She is survived by her parents and two sisters. Funeral services will be held from the home of Charles Herzog to the Lutheran church Thursday afternoon. BARBARA SCHULTZ cemetery #82 Mrs. Emil O. Schultz passed away at her home in this city on Thursday, March 30th, after a lingering illness of some months. Barbara Alvina Koeppen was born Sept. 25, 1868, in the town of Meeme. She spent her young life at home until she reached the age of 18 years, when she was united in marriage October 7, 1886, to Emil O. Schultz of the town of Schleswig, where the couple lived one year. After residing three years in the town of Meeme and three years in Sheboygan, they moved to Kiel, where the family has since resided. The union was blessed with 14 children, of whom two passed away in babyhood. Besides her husband, she is survived by 12 children, as follows: Mrs. Wm. Stalter of Sheboygan, Mrs. Albert L. Wagner of Jericho, Ferdinand H. Schultz of Rockville, Mrs. Otto Strade of Louis Corners, Frieda, Emil, Louise, Clara, Thekla, Oscar, Mathilda and Richard at home. Also her step-mother, four brothers, Fred, Henry, William, and Chr. Koeppen, and one sister. Mrs. August Haarmann of Louise Corners, and ten grandchildren. The funeral took place on Monday afternoon from the home, Rev. W. Rech officiating. Interment was in the Kiel cemetery. - April, 1922(handwritten on)


BERTHA SCHULTZ cemetery #44 From Der Nord Westen, 08 Feb. 1900: Death Mon. morning of Mrs. Bertha Schulz following a long difficult illness with consumption with which she had been bedridden since 12 May last year. Mrs. Schulz, nee Huebner, was born 20 June 1848 in Brandenburg and came to America with her parents when she was three years old, settling in Town Meeme. She married Ferdinand Schulz, her surviving husband, in 1869. She is survived also by 8 grown children. BERTHA H. SCHULTZ cemetery #40 Mrs. Bertha Schultz, 90, of Rt. 1 Manitowoc, died Sunday morning at Family Heritage Home, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Town of Liberty. The Rev. C. R. Rosenow will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Schultz was born July 25, 1883, in the Town of Liberty, daughter of the late William and Wilhemina Luebke Rusch. She was married to Lewis Schultz May 18, 1905, in Town of Liberty. The couple resided in the Town of Liberty all their lives. Her husband preceded her in death in 1973 (sic). Survivors include two sons, Lester and Ralph of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, a daughter, Mrs. Don (Nathalie) Wrolson, of Rt. 1, Valders, a sister, Mrs. Marie Fritsch, of Milwaukee, 10 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A daughter, four brothers, and five sisters and two grandchildren preceded her in death. CARL SCHULTZ (d. 1915) cemetery #15 After an illness of three years’ duration death came to relieve the sufferings of Carl Schultz, a well known and highly esteemed pioneer resident of this place. Decedent was 74 years of age and was a victim of cancer of the throat. He will long be remembered as a man of generous impulse and kindliness and the thought of him will always be associated with the memory of a man who is ever striving to let into the dark places of life the sunshine of human happiness. Surviving Mr. Schultz are his wife and eight children: Lena and William of Milwaukee; Mrs. George Enz; Matilda, Emma, Fred, Ferdinand and Otto all of this place. CARL SCHULTZ cemetery #40 Carl Schultz, 70, town of Liberty farmer, died at the Holy Family hospital late Sunday afternoon following a lingering illness. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. from the home and at two o'clock from the Liberty Lutheran church, the Rev. E. C. Schroeder officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Mr. Schultz was born in Liberty in 1870 and spent his entire life in the county. In 1894 he married Miss Eliza Rusch. They resided with his parents 11 years after which they moved to the present farm in Liberty. Survivors are the widow; four daughters, Mrs. William Underhill of Sheboygan, Mrs. Thomas Larson of Valders, Mrs. Sigward Berg of Liberty and Mrs. Walter Buehlman of this city; brother, Lewis, of Liberty; and nine grandchildren. The body will be moved to the Schultz home Wednesday noon from the Berge funeral home. Mr. Schultz was born in Town Liberty, July 27, 1870, and in 1894 was married to Eliza Rusch. EMIL O. SCHULTZ cemetery #82 Emil 0. Schultz, aged 76, well-known local resident, passed away at the Memorial hospital in Sheboygan at 6:50 a. m. Monday, following an illness since May 9th. Mr. Schultz was born in Germany May 22, 1865, and came with his mother to the town of Schleswig, Manitowoc county, in 1874. In 1886 he married Alvina Koeppen of the town of Meeme, and the couple lived at School Hill for three years, in Sheboygan two years, and 47 years in Kiel. Mrs. Schultz died March 31, 1922, and a daughter, Thekla, died in August, 1925. A carpenter by trade, Mr. Schultz built many homes here. He is survived by the following children: Seven daughters, Mrs. William Stolter, Sheboygan; Mrs. Albert L. Wagner, Mrs. Paul Nottke, Mrs. Otto Strade, and Mrs. Henry Gebhard of Kiel; Mrs. Richard Horst of Manitowoc; and Mrs. William Bauman, Glenview, Ill; four sons, Ferdinand H. of Sheboygan Falls; Emil F. of Kiel; Oscar of Chilton, and Richard of Manitowoc; 26 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren survive him. Funeral services were conducted this Wednesday afternoon at 2 'o'clock at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, with burial in the Kiel cemetery. The Rev. E. L. Worthman, pastor of the St. Peter Evangelical and Reformed church officiated. 1941

FRANCES SCHULTZ cemetery #38 PIONEER OF FRANCIS CREEK DIES TODAY Death came to Mrs. Wencel Schultz, pioneer resident of Manitowoc county at the home of her son Emil at Francis Creek today, her demise being due to heart trouble with which she had been afflicted the past two years. Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 9:00 o'clock from the home and at 9:30 from the church at Francis Creek, the Rev. J.A. Rauch officiating. Mrs. Schultz who previous to her marriage was Frances Shimon was a native of Bohemia and was born June 24, 1854. She came to America at the ageg (sic) of 13 and settled her (sic). Her husband preceded her in death five years ago and she is survived by nine children Joseph and Emil of Francis Creek, Adolph and John of Menchalville, James of Rockwood, Mrs. John Kalista of Grimms, Mrs. Frank Bergel of Francis Creek, Mrs. Frank Slager of Kellnersville, and Mrs. Albert Bolzenthal of Rockwood. FRED SCHULTZ cemetery #44 From Der Nord Westen, 27 June 1895: Death Tues. evening, after a long illness, of Fritz Schultz. With his death we have lost another old settler of our city, a man well known throughout the entire county. Mr. Schultz was born 05 May 1830 in Mecklenburg-Schwerin, came to American in 1852 directly to Manitowoc where he has lived ever since. At first he engaged in the shoemaker business, later engaged in a tannery, and his last years operated a leather business. Twice he served as the City Treasurer, served as City Assessor, and during President Harrison's term, he was in charge of the sale of revenue stamps. The deceased was born in 1857 in the town of Kossuth and followed farming all his life. He retired thirteen years ago. He was married May 22, 1889 to Minnie Schmadabeck who survives him with three daughters, Mrs. David Schurr, on the home farm, Mrs. Harvey Scherer of Waukesha, and Mrs. Ferdinand Miller of the town of Manitowoc. JOSEPH SCHULTZ cemetery #44 EXPOSURE IN STORM DEATH TO CITY WORKER Joseph Schulz, 63, Dies From Illness Contracted While At Work on Streets (The first line can not be read) of the past ten days has claimed its toll of life to Manitowoc, at least one death being attributed to the storm with the passing of Joseph Schulz, a city employee who died at the hospital yesterday. Schultz, 63, was taken to the hospital a week ago suffering from frozen feet resulting from exposure while at work in clearing city streets of snow with the street crew. Although his condition was not considered serious, pneumonia developed from the exposure to which he had been subjected, and early yesterday he collapsed and died at 11 o'clock. Death was due to bronchial pneumonia. Funeral On Monday Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 3 from the Wattawa undertaking rooms with burial at Evergreen. The Rev. Kuhn will officiate at the services. Schulz was a native of Germany and most of his relatives are in that country. Since coming here Schulz married and his wife and a stepson survive him here. The Schulz family made their home at 613 Chicago street. Mrs. Schulz will receive compensation for the death of her husband who was insured under the city's insurance of its employees. He was also a charter member of the Men's Club, Liberty. MARIE SCHULTZ cemetery #89C Mrs. William Schultz, 78, died late Friday afternoon at the home, 1608 17th street, Two Rivers, after a two weeks illness. She had been in good health until two weeks ago. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon, at 1:30 o'clock from the Beduhn funeral home and at 2 from Emanuel Evangelical church in Two Rivers. The Rev. F.D. Schlueter will officate and burial will be in Forest View cemetery. Mrs. Schultz, nee Marie Sager, was born in Granichen, Switzerland on Sept. 1, 1859. She came to America in 1879 and lived in New York. Not long after that she went back to Switzerland for five years and then returned to America. From New York she went to Sheboygan. On February 15, 1892 she was married in Sheboygan to William Schultz of Two Rivers. The couple lived in Sheboygan until 1903, and then came to Two Rivers. Mr. Schultz died five months ago, in his 89th year. Mrs. Schultz was a member of the Evangelical church all her life and was active in church affairs. She was a member of the Ladies Aid society of the church. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Martha Gensman and the Misses Flora and Louise Schultz of Two Rivers; two brothers, Adolph and John of Sheboygan; and one sister, Pauline, in Switzerland. Her brother Adolph had visited her the day before her death, after he returned from a trip to the old home in Switzerland. MINNIE SCHULTZ cemetery #44 Mrs. Henry Schultz, 73, nee Minnie Schmadabeck, died early last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. David Schurr, Manitowoc route 2, following a long illness. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 1:30 from the Schurr home and at 2 o'clock from the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran church, the Rev. Theo. Yetzman officiating. Burial will be made in the Evergreen cemetery. Mrs. Schultz was born January 16, 1866, in the town of Manitowoc. She was married May 22, 1889, to Henry Schultz, who preceded her in death some years ago. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Schurr, Mrs. Harvey Scherer of Waukesha, and Mrs. Ferdinand Miller, town of Manitowoc; and a step-brother, Herman Albrecht, town of Two Rivers. The body will be removed to the Schurr home Sunday, where it will be until the time of the services Monday. RUTH SCHULTZ cemetery #89A Ruth Schultz, 67, who had resided at St. Mary Home, Manitowoc, died Sunday at the home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers. The Rev. Robert Sawall will officiate and burial will be in Pioneers' Rest Cemetery, Two Rivers. Miss Schultz was born March 5, 1906, at Two Rivers, daughter of the late John and Ann Blaha Schultz. She was a liflong resident of Two Rivers and a retired bookkeeper at Schneider Clothing. TYYNE SCHULTZ cemetery #43 Tyyne E. Schultz, age 89, a Stoughton resident, formerly of Manitowoc, died on Thursday, May 1, 2008, at Nazareth Health and Rehabilitation Center, Stoughton. She was born on April 28, 1919, in Caspian, Mich., daughter of the late Issac and Vivi (Utti) Hannula. On Nov. 8, 1947, she married Joseph R. Schultz Jr., at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on Oct. 31, 1982. (Survivors omitted for privacy.) She was preceded in death by a daughter: Sandra; one sister and four brothers. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 5, 2008, at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. WILLIAM SCHULTZ cemetery #89C William J. Schultz, 88, one of the oldest residents of Two Rivers, died this morning after a seven weeks illness. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Beduhn funeral home at Two Rivers and at 2 o'clock from the Emanuel Evangelical church, with the Rev. F.E. Schlueter officiating. Interment will be in Forest View. With the exception of 11 years spent in Sheboygan, Mr. Schultz spent his entire life at Two Rivers. Mr. Schultz for many years was a teamster for the Mann Brothers and later for the Two Rivers Woodenware company. Survivors are the widow, who is 78 years of age and in good health; three daughters, Mrs. Martha Gensman, Two Rivers, and the Misses Flora and Louise at home; two brothers, John and Charles, Manitowoc; and two sisters, Mrs. Peter Barta, Two creeks and Miss Minnie Schultz, Appleton. WILLIAM C. SCHULTZ cemetery #31 William C. Schultz, 82, of Rt. 1, Denmark, died Monday at a Green Bay nursing home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Knutson Funeral Home, Denmark. The Rev. Cletus Kramer will officiate and burial will be in Gibson Cemetery, Town of Gibson. Mr. Schultz was born March 8, 1890, in the Town of Gibson, son of the late William and Augusta Heidman Schultz. He married Erna Jerovetz June 29, 1927, in the Town of Gibson. The couple farmed in the Town of Franklin until retiring in 1956. He was a veteran of World War I. Mrs. Schultz preceded him in death in December of 1970. Survivors include two sons, a daughter, a brother, Louis, of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Emil Weisner, of Rice Lake and Mrs. Lillian Schlegelmilch, of Denmark; and 13 grandchildren.
