near Millhome, died Tuesday of influenza, at the age of 52 
years.
He leaves a wife and five children, one son being in camp 
in Texas. The funeral services will be held when the latter 
reaches home. - Dec. 1918

Mrs. John Krutzik, 79, a resident of the town of Schleswig, died  
Monday morning at St. Nicholas hospital following a lingering  
illness.  Nee Mary Fitzen, the deceased was born Aug. 15, 1868, in  
Germany, and came to the United States with her parents in 1884.  The  
family settled in Pennsylvania where, in 1885, she was married to  
John Krutzik.  The couple came to Sheboygan later that year.  For the  
past 31 years she made her home on a farm in the town of Schleswig  
near Kiel.  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. John C. Lambert,  
Schleswig; four sons, Richard and John of Schleswig, Jacob of New  
Holstein, and Joseph, Milwaukee; one brother, Joseph, in Idaho; 18  
grandchildren an two great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be  
held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Meiselwitz Funeral home at Kiel and  
at 10 a.m. at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic church.  The Rev. F.X.  
Kheil, pastor, will officiate.  Friends may call at the funeral home  
from this evening until the hour of the services.
