ADAM DEICHER IS CALLED TO REST AT HOME IN PLYMOUTH
Plymouth—Adam Deicher, 79, passed away at his home at 32 Selma 
street at noon Sunday after an illness of several days. He had 
lived here since 1897 and had served as alderman of the second 
ward from 1909 to 1921. He was born Dec. 25, 1866, in the town 
of Rhine, the son of George and Barbara Deicher. On Sept. 23, 
1897, he was married to Miss Minnie Schroeder in Sheboygan by 
the Rev. Mr. Vollbrecht.  
Mr. Deicher operated a farm implement store here for a number 
of years, operated a garage, and in recent years served as 
salesman for the H. C. Ziegler Company, West Bend.  
He leaves his wife; a son, Elmer, Milwaukee; two brothers, Dr. 
Henry Deicher, Plymouth, and Herman Deicher, Beaver Dam; and a 
sister, Mrs. John Luth, Glenbeulah.  Six brothers and three 
sisters preceded him in death. 
Funeral services will be held at the Wittkopp Funeral home, the 
Rev. H. W. Baxmann, pastor of St. John’s Lutheran church, 
officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
